Carrollton Farm is situated on 217 acres of rolling fields, pine forests, and enchanting views overlooking the river valley.   Carrollton Farm celebrated its 20 year anniversary in 2017.  The property is home to many creatures, including dogs, cats, horses, and sometimes cattle... not to mention wild deer, turkeys, badgers, hawks, eagles, butterflies, and at least one black bear.  Carrollton Farm holds a special place in our hearts, not just for its beauty and memories of so much hard work and fun, but also for its link to our heritage.  In 1848, our ancestors left Ireland and came to America to pursue a better life.  They arrived at Ellis Island in New York and eventually settled in Iowa, where they founded a town called Carrollton.  Members of the Carroll family eventually made their way up to Wisconsin around the turn of the 20th century, and settled within just a few miles of what we now call Carrollton Farm.
